I am asking this question because i myself has long hair and was wondering if long hair should be cut? or kept for other reasons such as music.

Well the rocker chick in me at the ripe old age of 34 STILL says that long hair on guys is hot %26amp; sexy! At one point I only dated guys with long hair-the longer the better. I also want to point out that long hair is attractive when it's also neatly maintained-not some wild long mane that looks unkempt. But then again, I'm still stuck in the error of big hair %26amp; hard core metal....so I am biased.

Oh, and I almost dumped my boyfriend when he did chop off all his beautiful hair to pursue a career....well 14 years and 1 kid later I still tease him about it!

It depends on the face/head shape and the style of the person. But when older men start to loose their hair -- please cut that ponytail off! It looks ridiculous.

if you are under 20, then yes, it looks hot, unless it is getting close to your shoulders, then it needs to be cut. with layers to by the way. if you are 20 or over, then get it cut short.
