i know a few girls in the same position. depending on how short your hair is you could try extensions. those clip-in extensions that Jessica Simpson has out are actually very beautiful and very realistic looking. one of my friends who i hadnt seen in a while (and usually wore chin length hair) had very long beautiful hair. i thought she had just grown it out but when i asked her how she got her hair to grow so fast she simply reached in her hair and pulled part of the extension out , showed it to me, then put it back in. i was amazed. i researched them a little and they arent that exspensive, around $50 or so. and they have a ton of variations of colors to match your haircolor. also if they dont have your hair color exactly, you could always buy some blonde extensions then buy a hair dye and dye the extensions to match your hair!

Don't waste your money on shampoos and conditioners that promise to make your hair longer. They don't work. Take a vitamin E supplement and just wait.

sometimes short hair looks great but if you are desperate to get long hair back buy hair extensions they work!

just wear it up till it grows out! don't do anything to it, exept trim it every 8 weeks, thats what I did and in a few months it was touching my shoulders and then I started wearing it down again. don't do extentions they can damage your hair! because it pulls on your hair, and if your hair gets damaged it will break and you will have to cut it even shorter!
